Normally at the Winery, we order steak, but tonight we had something different. It's always DELICIOUS. Hubby ordered the Salmon. Perfectly cooked, served very warm over a bed of cooked grains and asparagus. YUM. I ordered the Bison Bolognese -- it arrived steaming hot, over a bit of rigatoni pasta. The mushrooms were perfect, but the dish was too RICH for me, and I couldn't finish it (but wanted to!). Our wines arrived at the perfect temp (Sauvignon Blanc chilly and Cabernet room temp), as did our appetizers: Heirloom tomatoes and a side of Grilled asparagus with Hollandaise (cold and steaming hot, respectively). Our server, James, seemed to arrive at our table at the perfect moment for ordering drinks, ordering entrees, and just checking in with us. We needed to get to a movie, so our dinner wasn't long and leisurely -- James got us served quickly, correctly, and out the door in approximately an hour (PERFECT!). MoreOpenTable Diner -
Service was very well attended. Food was delicious and what I expected. Walked in and they were waited my for us. The booths are a little tight and the wood trim not very comfortable trying to get or out. Next time will request a table. Otherwise, very nice place. Will definitely dine here again! Discover Orange County
Located in the sunny state of California, Orange County is known for its many tourist attractions. Considering that Orange County consists of 34 cities and is more populous than 21 U.S. states, you can bet the attractions include not only the best surfing beaches, the Balboa ferry, and sites like Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland but also a huge selection of restaurants. The warm climate enhances the growth of fresh, organic vegetables and fruits, which can be found in many restaurants. Although iconic California foods like Rocky Road ice cream and sourdough bread may have originated in other CA cities, they’re also popular in Orange County. Fast food places, drive-ins, and Korean barbecues are popular in this area, too. Smoothies in the summer, however, take the cake.
