Great tapas. Very nice wine and cocktails selection. Good happy hour. Great service.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. The tapas are pricey, but I promise you they’re so delicious you won’t mind. Keep in mind their are no large entrees everything is pretty tiny, but savory!!
Cozy vibes in a large open space and perfect for a date night. Two tapas per person and an appetizer was a perfect amount of food to share and the churros s'more for dessert was truly delightful on a cold winter night. I would come back in a heartbeat especially before a show at the BAM theater.
They are closing this location! Such a shame. Always seemed busy, despite being fairly expensive. Too bad!
I am glad we were able to try this place before they closed. We went for the brunch feast and were skeptical about the amount of food that would be served. The restaurant tailors each tapa to the specific size of the group so the party could share family style. We were pleasantly full after the three courses (tapas, entree, dessert). For anyone going to one of their other locations, make sure to try the 'croquetas de setas'. They were the bomb. So delicious. We had two per person, once I tried one of mine, I made sure my other one was the last thing I ate at the table and this is coming from someone who usually does not like mushrooms that much. Great spot to eat with your friends and relax on a Sunday before you start the work week. Will make sure to visit the other locations in the city.
Great pre-theatre meal in stylish setting with good service
I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Boqueria last week. The wine was fantastic as was the food (especially the garlic shrimp and the spinach). I’m sad that this location is closing... the staff has always been warm and welcoming.
Love this place! Heartbroken it's closing. Maybe they'll reconsider?
The place is closing December 20, sadly, so it doesn't make any difference what we think/say.
Attractive, warm, contemporary space and decor. Delicious tapas and wines. Friendly, professional service. Our only complaint was that the glasses of wine were a bit skimpy.
Some of the tapas were outstanding
our second time here before a BAM performance and equally as delightful. the staff is very friendly and want you to be pleased. they take care to seat you where you will be comfortable and the happy hour drinks are very nice. and the tapas are fun and tasty and main dishes can be shared as well. we will return again and again.
The chef’s tasting menu was delicious and a great value!
Boqueria's theater menu is a very good deal if you are headed to BAM or to TFNA. Tapas are always tasty, sometimes inventive, and the service is very very good. Though I always go for the Cava, the wine list seems extensive, and the mixed drinks are lovely.
Love this place. Friendly service, great food, very nice ambience, and great location.
We had dinner before the play. The food was very good. Interesting crowd, some celebrities. We has sangria red and white both are good.
Great service from a very friendly staff. Delicious food. Had the chef’s tasting menu with Iberico ham. Very yummy. Filled to bursting by the end.
We love this place. My wife and I dine all the time. The food is great, the wine is exquisite, and the servers are very helpful and attentif
This is a great restaurant with great food! My dining partner and I had French toast - and I had the kale salad which was extremely delicious !
This place is awesome! The whole staff was incredibly kind. The food is also very good.
Definitely going back. Had a amazing time.
Second visit, pulpo lacked seasoning and spices, coca excellent depth of flavors, flan sugar topping incinerated, uneatable, flan below was near perfect.
I went to Boqueria before a show at the BAM. The main dish I ordered did not come after more than one hour me and my party ordered. I left hungry. The appetizers were mediocre and the wine glasses we got ridiculously scant. The worse thing a restaurant can do is not feed you, that is their job!
My go-to restaurant whenever I go to BAM (which is quite often). Food, service, friendliness, and wine make it a perfect spot.
Food is always awesome here. My favorite is the garlic shrimp....heavenly!
I went to this location expecting the quality of food that SOHO and UES locations have. It was horrible. The brunch menu was not good. The Brooklyn location is not cozy at all. Wont go back!
Very good food, but very expensive and even for tapas, the portions are small. Sangria is great and a good value if you share a pitcher with friends, but very expensive per glass. Nice atmosphere, but unless you have lots of money to burn, this place is only good for a rare treat.
Would for sure go back again.
Excellent service and even better food!! Everything was flavored to perfection and really tasty. We really enjoyed our meal. We especially enjoyed the eggplant and crispy potatoes tapas.
Good food, quick service. Good for quick bite pre-theater or full dinner. We will definitely be back.
first time here and before a BAM Harvey performance. they were very accommodating helping me to get a low table since I recently had surgery and would have found the high stools hard to maneuver. wish they had more low lying seats by the way. at any rate the food we ordered was excellent, the service was cordial and attentive and we will definitely return before another BAM performance where we are friends.
Gambas al ajillo just like Spain. Really authentic!
WE enjoy the TAPAS always, and the great wine suggestions..
There are excellent entrees but we often do not get there..
And good desserts too, the Churros are spectacular.
The service has ALWAYS been excellent. This time. Giselle, our server, was particularly wonderful
Service and vibe was dynamite, the food was awful. The Brussels sprouts were hard and under cooked, the steak was cold and flavor less. Food came out extremely fast. I was really hoping for good Spanish Tapas food. I want them to get it right.
Food was amazing! Had land skewers and the pulpo. The Jamón Iberuco the best I’ve had. We were going to a concert afterwards and didn’t want a heavy meal. This place was perfect!
we went for a pre-event meal and were not disappointed. The food was flavourful and our server was very attentive.
Perfect BAM pre-theatre restaurant. Creative neuvo Latino, truly shareable small plates; octopus and shrimp perfectly, cooked, octopus almost a composed dish with potatoes and fennel sides, egg plant and butternut squash small plates were flavorful and textured; creative desserts based around Churros in various shapes.
Received strange croquettas. Only wanted the classics truffle and received another kind served over quince. Cheese plate could not be smaller. Barely any cheese. Arrived after brunch but waiter should not have encouraged bottomless brunch then. I usually like it here. Very disappointed with last visit.
Food was great, service was great. In a perfect location if your going to BAM or The Barclay's.
The food is always great but the service has been terrible on my last two visits (different servers).
