Overall it was a nice restaurant. The service was nice, as was the food. At this price point, it would have been great to say that it was outstanding, but like I said, it was nice.
What a great experience! We went for my mother’s birthday, and we were not disappointed. The service was above and beyond expectations. We wanted for absolutely nothing. From our server to the gentlemen who brought the meat around, they were polite and concerned with our needs. Definitely some of the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant! The food was wonderful. We loved the variety and the options for meat as well as on the bar. Great wine and beer selection, too! Can’t wait to go back!
Great service, amazing food and all at such an affordable price! We had a great lunch there and will definitely be back!
Pleasantly surprised by selection of meat and amazing flavor. Go hungry so you can try it all.
Great restaurant and great people. We were amazed that the hostess knew everything that was gluten free and foods that were not. That in itself is worth 5 stars. We were stuffed when we left, but were able to eat slowly enough to be able to talk, laugh, and have a real family time
Been to several Brazilian steakhouses over the last few years. Unfortunately, out of all my experiences this was the least favorable visit.
Reservations were at 8pm. They close at 10pm and seemed like just shortly after 9pm, all the staff were doing closing activities and were not as focused on service. Many could be seen sitting near the bar area eating and on their phones.
Then most of the staff that brought the meats to the table were unfamiliar with the cuts and temperature of the meat they were offering. Had to keep requesting steak because they kept bringing sausages and chicken more than anything.
Also the little cheese breads that are brought to the table upon arrival were hard as rocks, I had to ask for fresh ones.
As I also work in customer service, I am more accepting of variations in customer service, however, when I recommend a restaurant to my friends for an evening out, I expect to be treated well and great customer service as Brazilian steakhouses are known for.
I will say that on a positive note, every person who we encountered there was extremely pleasant.
Selections were either overcooked or freezer-burned. Simply not good. I was disappointed because I had heard good things and would love to have this type of restaurant closer, but I would not recommend it and we will not return.
The food tonight was on par with Fogo de Chao! Absolutely perfect and an amazing date night with my wife.
Food was good, but smaller experience than fogo or Texas de Brazil. Had to request meats rather than the swarming food. Food was very hot
Very nice atmosphere, food is good, good meats, enough choices. Terrific service
Good place for a nice long night out.
Looking forward to our next time.
Small and somewhat hidden but wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. Food and drinks have been as good or better than the more well known Brazilian steakhouses in Atlanta. There doesn't seem to be exotic cuts of meat here but what they do serve is excellent with wonderful flavor, texture and great pacing.
They have variety of steaks, sausage, lamp meat, this breads with some kind cheese inside. Certain soup was good it’s really depends what you like. Open salad bar. And the service keep bringing you different steaks, this one boy that work there he is really nice on serving us meats . If anybody plan to eat here make you really starving it’s all you can eat steaks house.
Our host was excellent. She continuously checked on us and recommended to try different things.
Great food / Great Service / Outstanding Staff that are friendly and attentive.
Reminded me of being in Brazil. The food is so good and the staff are very friendly. I've been twice so far and will be back many times.
Overall the experience was good. Staff was excellent. Compared to other Brazilian Steakhouse’s the food was just OK. It is priced accordingly but I would probably pay more for better quality next time.
Outstanding Brazilian meal . The food/salad bar was tremendous as well as all of the meats. My favorite is the Brazilian rolls, The bananas, and the filet. And Leo is just the best!!!!!
Food was good. Little slow getting the desired meat selections out to the table. Had to ask 3 separate times. Also had to ask several times for drink refills. For the price, higher expectation. We will be back.
Great food. Personable and attentive staff.
This was our first time eating here. It was our anniversary. They were very good at explaining how everything worked and they took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Definitely would go back! Very neat experience.
We came here for our anniversary-the staff was amazing as was the food. While you don’t get quite the selection of fogo de chao or Chima, it’s still a gray selection of tender, juicy meats. The side bar was well stocked and fresh. The table sides were delicious as well. Sometimes Brazilian meats can be a bit salty, but Santa Lucia has he seasoning down - perfection! Wine and beer prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely be back...
If you have ever eaten at a Brazilian steak house, you know it is an experience and Santa Lucia Brazilian meets that experience. The hot and cold tables provide a variety of side options and the various steak, chicken, lamb, pork, and sausage that is continuously brought to your table hot and delicious by the knowledgeable gauchos is just outstanding. And don't forget to try the pineapple!!! YUM!! Like the food, the service is impeccable. The wait staff are very attentive, even when it is busy, always meeting your needs. This is easily one of our favorite places to eat. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Excellent find as we use to have to travel towards downtown for this kind of dining. It's small but has great atmosphere and gives up little to the more well known Brazilian restaurants. Service was outstanding. New favorite!!! You will spend a fair bit but this is true of all AYCE Brazilian restaurants.
Amazing food, service wasn't great this time we have been in the past and service was excellent it wasn't the greatest we we're forgotten about quite a bit this time
Not impressed by salad bar. A few of the steaks we tried were very salty.
I would be okay paying lunch prices. Dinner prices are high for what you get. I'd rather spend a little more and drive to buckhead to Fogo, Fire or Chama Gaucha for better meal.
The hot and cold bar were good, the service and atmosphere excellent. But we didn't find out until we had been unable to cut and/or chew most of the beef we were served that they only serve sirloin which is frequently tough. For $40 a plate, we expected better. Miraculously, when we complained a skewer of filet mignon briefly appeared but we never saw it again. Will go back to driving into the city to FogodeChao.
Excellent as always!!
Great food and service and price is very reasonable
Really good food with reasonable prices for what you are getting. I enjoyed everything I tried. Will definitely be back. Skip if you're not very hungry.
Great experience for our first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse. We went for our 20th Anniversary and it was great. Great service and great food! We will be back.
Our waitress was great in explaining everything! The chefts were very professional and courteous!
Awesome wait staff. Made reservations 2 hours in advance. Did not have to wait to be seated. The restaurant was very clean, All employees were very pleasant and explained everything to us as it was our first visit. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold like it should be. Maria was our waitress and she was great. Spoke to the evening supervisor and gave him a great review. Highly recommend this restaurant to others and will return in the near future.
Sat at bar for a few minutes before reservation. Bartender was great! Drink recommended was delicious. Pineapple Capprahna? Seated and immediately waited upon. Salad bar was amazing w tons of variety. The guys never let you run out of meat...even if the card was NO side up. Fave meat was the "house" beef. Don't fill up on the cheese bread!
Amazing experience 100% recommended !!
this place is great. don't fill up too much on the salad bar because the meat they bring just keeps coming and its fantastic!
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday. The service, food and attention was outstanding. We will return
Just discovered what a gem this restaurant is. Food spectacular and service outstanding. The filet the multitude of perfectly prepared meats and grilled pineapple were fabulous.
Service was excellent and attentive
Food great and a good value
I enjoyed the buffet my husband enjoyed the all you eat meats.
Great food. Waitress was quite preoccupied with a large table. Again, food was excellent— it’s not the type of restaurant that requires the waiters to give the table an abundance of attention, but when you get to the end of the dinner and can’t leave...because of the check, it becomes an annoyance.
Went there for a celebration with my wife.
It was not very crowded at all so we thought we would get great service. The service was mediocre at best.
We had to ask for more meats, the cold and hot bars were not well stocked and the side dishes were warm at best.
Asked for a type of beef and was told they would need to prepare some fresh, at an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse they should always have some of all types being prepared.
Most of the meats were either over or under cooked and most were overly salty.
While cheaper than the other alternatives in this type of steakhouse , it is true you get what you pay for and unfortunately for the price (Over $100.00 for 2 of us with just dinner and soft drinks) we did not get what we paid for.
