The food and service was incredible! We always share our meals and the staff was so very gracious at splitting everything for us. The au gratin potatoes are always a favorite. We have been going to Banbu Sushi since it opened and have always enjoyed it. the menu has grown over the years and some of the recipes have changed but it is still high quality food. Normally we go for Sushi but on this night we wanted something different. We shared the Garlic Edemame (it's my wife thing) and though not my favorite it is a decent appetizer. My wife had the Steak Yakisoba and was very satisfied. The steak was very tender, the noodles done right and the sauce was balanced and unlike some places was not drowning the rest of the plate. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen with Grilled Pork. the Pork was pork belly and was done perfectly. The vegetables in the Ramen were still crunchy, the noodles were the right chew and the spicy miso broth was better than I have had at any specialty Ramen house.
